Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, and dill into a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for enhanced flavor.

Notes

Add red onion slices or olives for extra flavor. Works great as a side dish to grilled meals!
