  • 1/4 cup raisins

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add greens, apples, walnuts, feta, and raisins into a large salad bowl.
  • In a small jar, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

Use tart apples like Granny Smith for extra flavor contrast. Toasting the walnuts enhances the crunch and aroma.
