Instructions
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into even rounds.
Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a plate.
Tuck whole or torn basil leaves between the slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
Notes
Use the freshest tomatoes you can find. Heirloom varieties add extra flavor and color.
